Dereck spent 14 years in the U.S. Air Force learning a truth that shapes everything Ghost Ops does: you can't defend what you've never attacked. He founded the firm to bring an adversary's discipline to the private sector — the same planning, rigor, and decision-making that mission-critical operations demand, aimed at the newest and hardest attack surfaces most firms won't touch.
